A devastating incident struck the west coast of the Canary Island of Tenerife, near Los Gigantes, where a powerful wave swept four individuals into the ocean, tragically resulting in their deaths. One person remains unaccounted for amid this heart-wrenching scene.

The accident occurred shortly after 4 PM at one of the area's favored natural pools. At that moment, many visitors were enjoying the stunning surroundings on the rocks and in the water when suddenly, a massive swell rolled in, crashing forcefully and sweeping victims into the depths.

Reports indicate that among those affected were international tourists. Emergency services dispatched a helicopter, successfully rescuing one individual, while another could only be retrieved lifeless from the water.
